Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Store owner

These terms govern the purchases you make on CamisetasDePeliculas.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms, together with our Returns Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you under consumer protection law.
2. Our products
Our T-shirts are printed to order with our own original designs. The photos and descriptions of each product reflect its characteristics as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
3. How to place an order
- Choose the product and size, and add it to your cart.
- From the cart, go to checkout.
- Enter your contact details and shipping address, and choose the shipping method.
- Choose the payment method.
- Review the order summary, including the products, total price, taxes and shipping costs. Up to this point you can correct any details by going back to the previous steps or changing your cart.
- Confirm your order by clicking the payment button. By doing so, you accept the obligation to pay.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all its details. This confirmation is your proof of purchase, and we recommend that you keep it. We also keep a copy of the order, which you can request from us by email.
The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English.
4. Prices and taxes
The prices shown in the store include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order and are added to the total price.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the European Union, the price does not include duties, import taxes or customs handling fees at the destination. These charges are paid by the customer and are usually collected before or upon delivery, by the carrier or the destination authorities.
5. Payment methods
You can pay through Shopify Payments, using the methods shown at checkout, or with PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Cancellation of orders by us
We may cancel an order in the following cases:
- If the published price contains an obvious error.
- If we detect signs of payment fraud.
- If we are unable to fulfil it for reasons beyond our control.
In any of these cases, we will notify you by email and refund the full amount paid.
7. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times, in business days from order confirmation, are:
- Spain: 3 to 5 days.
- Rest of Europe: 5 to 8 days.
- Rest of the world: 10 to 15 days.
These times are approximate. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation. If we fail to do so, you may grant us an appropriate additional period and, if we still fail to deliver within that period, terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person you designate, receive the order.

8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The conditions and the withdrawal form are set out in our Returns Policy.
9. Legal guarantee
All our products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity provided by consumer protection law. If you receive a defective product or one that does not match what you ordered, email us at camisetasdepeliculas@gmail.com.
10. Intellectual property
The designs on our T-shirts are our own original creations. The texts, images and other content on this website are also owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Our designs are original works inspired by cinema. We are not affiliated with or sponsored by any studio, production company or rights holder of the films, and we have no relationship with them.
11. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to carry out any actions that may damage it, prevent it from working or harm other users.
12. Liability
We are liable for our products and services in accordance with applicable law. We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, or for damage resulting from misuse of the products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights granted to you by law as a consumer.
13. Purchases by businesses or professionals
If you purchase as a business or professional, and not as a consumer, the rights reserved by law for consumers, such as the right of withdrawal, will not apply to you. The rest of these terms will apply where relevant.
14. Customer service and complaints
You can contact us with any query, complaint or claim at camisetasdepeliculas@gmail.com. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of one month.
We are not a member of any consumer arbitration system or code of conduct. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you can contact the consumer services of your municipality or region, or the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). In that case, we will let you know whether we agree to take part in the procedure.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain the protection afforded to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law, which for consumers are, as a general rule, the courts of their place of residence.
16. Languages
These terms are available in Spanish and English. Both versions have the same content.
17. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. Each order will be governed by the terms in force at the time it is placed.
