Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
All our T-shirts can be returned within the period set out in this policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order, in whole or in part, until it has been shipped. To do so, email us at camisetasdepeliculas@gmail.com.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you, or a person you designate, receive the last item of the order.
To exercise this right, let us know by email at camisetasdepeliculas@gmail.com or by using the withdrawal form at the end of this policy. We will reply with the address to which you should send the item.
Once you have informed us of your decision, you must send the item back to us within 14 calendar days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
You may try the item on as you would in a shop. If the T-shirt has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what is necessary to check it, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the product and the standard shipping costs you paid within 14 calendar days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that you have sent it.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and at no cost to you. We will not refund any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery above the cost of standard shipping.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few days to process the refund.
Size exchanges
If you need a different size, email us at camisetasdepeliculas@gmail.com. An exchange is handled as a return plus a new shipment, and the costs of both shipments are paid by the customer.
Defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us at camisetasdepeliculas@gmail.com. You have a 3-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity, and in that case shipping costs are paid by us.
Your rights
This policy does not limit the rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection law. This includes your rights if products are defective, do not match their description, are not delivered within the agreed period or do not comply with applicable regulations.
